Datalancer Updates + this week's MVP's

Hello datalancers and happy weekend!

This week myself and a couple of your lovely peers who have volunteered:

1. Designed the slack experience and launched channels (shoutout Sara Sabzikari 💪)

2. Worked on putting together our database 💿️ 🖥️ 

3. Started putting together a website ✨ 

I want to thank you for being here. I know I initially shared this idea over a month ago and am very happy that I’ve been able to keep progressing on this in my free time.

Special thanks to Christine Ndege, Steve Pisani, and Tyler Papaleo for stepping up to own some areas of putting this together as well as Will Holtz and Pete Fein for giving initial feedback on the best way to get started.
